Trade Test 

HRD provides fully equipped technical trade test facilities and clients can select the workers conducting trade test and interview at same place. During the trade test, client will be accompanied by our consultant engineer and staff members.


We take pride in our shortlist ratio which on an average is in excess of 80%. Once we have established a specific target list of candidates we go to great lengths to ensure that we forward "must hire people". We use the following selection techniques; competency interviews of a predictive behavioral nature, scenario based interview questions & intuition - all our consultants have worked in the sector that they recruit for .
